Programs
Programmes & initiatives
Flagship programmes connect policy intent to technical delivery across the DBIS settlement infrastructure.
Global Reserve Unit (GRU)
Reserve instrument design, publication cadence, and member participation rules. The GRU v2 ecosystem encompasses 13 native settlement tokens on Chain 138 and cW* wrapped eMoney deployed to 9 public networks via CCIP bridges.
- GRU overview
- GRU ecosystem — token families, multi-chain deployment map, aggregator listings
- Token directory — per-family canonical addresses
- Technical model — settlement architecture
Settlement interoperability
RTGS-adjacent messaging, bridge governance, and test corridors aligned with member central banks. The cross-chain bridge uses Chainlink CCIP for cW* token transfers between Chain 138 and public networks (Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Gnosis, Optimism, Arbitrum, Base, Avalanche, Celo).
Bridge architecture details: Token directory (bridge section).
Data transparency
Machine-readable data endpoints provide real-time and historical metrics:
- trust.json — entity metadata, contract addresses, aggregator links
- governance.json — governance bodies and officers
- policy.json — policy frameworks and compliance posture
- token-list — all Chain 138 tokens
