Whistleblower intake

Confidential reporting for suspected misconduct, fraud, or serious risk to DBIS missions. Protections depend on applicable law and internal policy; this page describes the intended channel — the live encrypted form is not yet operational in this build.

What to report

  • Financial crime, bribery, or misstatement
  • Harassment or abuse of authority
  • Serious IT or operational security failures being concealed
  • Retaliation against someone who raised a concern in good faith

How to report (planned)

A dedicated web form, voice line, and third-party hotline provider will be listed with hours and languages supported. Until go-live, security-sensitive disclosures should follow the responsible disclosure process or use institutional supervisory escalation paths. General concerns may be directed to Contact.

Anti-retaliation

DBIS policy prohibits retaliation against good-faith reporters. Investigations are conducted with need-to-know access and documented outcomes for audit committee oversight.
